For private events, we recommend a minimum of 50 participants to maximize your fundraising potential. For bulk ticket purchases, there's no minimum—you can start with as few as 10 tickets and order more as needed.

We recommend booking private events at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for popular dates like spring and fall weekends. For bulk ticket purchases, you can start anytime with just a few days notice.

The Epic Sky Trek operates rain or shine! We only close for lightning or extreme weather conditions. If we need to close, we'll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Absolutely! The Epic Sky Trek is designed for all ages 4 and up. Parents, siblings, and supporters are all welcome to join the adventure. It's a fantastic team-building and bonding experience for the whole family.

Participants must be at least 4 years old. There's no maximum age—we've had adventurers in their 80s! Children under 18 need a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.

For private events, we require a 25% deposit to hold your date, with the remaining balance due one week before your event. For bulk tickets, payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and wire transfers.

Everything! Your ticket includes full access to all 110+ obstacles, all safety equipment and harnesses, comprehensive safety training, staff supervision throughout your adventure, and access to our facilities including restrooms and changing areas.

Yes! Philip S. Miller Park has beautiful picnic areas that are perfect for group gatherings before or after your adventure. You're welcome to bring your own food, or we can recommend local catering options for larger groups.
