Your pass is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, regardless of when you first use it.
Yes, all participants need a signed waiver on file. You only need to sign once per season.
Your pass includes buddy passes (1 for Individual, 2 for Family) that give a friend one free visit. Additional guests pay regular admission.
If your pass expires during a visit, you can finish your session. We will also offer a renewal discount before your pass expires.
Passes are non-transferable and tied to the individual. Family passes cover named family members only.
Weather closures do not extend your pass duration, but passholders receive priority rebooking and extended hours on make-up days.
