Throw an unforgettable birthday celebration with adventure activities, exclusive pavilion access, and memories that will last a lifetime.
Birthday parties at The EDGE are some of our favorite events to host. There is nothing quite like watching a group of kids, teens, or even adults light up as they tackle ziplines, climbing walls, and aerial obstacles together. But a great adventure birthday party requires some planning to ensure everything runs smoothly. Here is your complete guide to creating the perfect celebration.
Start by choosing the right package for your group size and age range. The Sky Trek Pavilion Package works beautifully for smaller groups of up to 20 participants and gives everyone access to the 110-element aerial course along with exclusive pavilion use for up to four hours. For larger groups of up to 30, the Sky High Package offers the top-level pavilion with stunning views, perfect for watching the action while enjoying food and cake. The Adventure Tower Takeover accommodates up to 50 guests with access to the tower and ninja course, making it ideal for big celebrations.

Timing is crucial for a successful party. We recommend scheduling your activity time first, with food and celebration time after. Kids who eat a big meal of pizza and cake before physical activity will not have as much fun on the courses. A typical party timeline might look like this: arrive and gear up during the first 30 minutes, enjoy two to three hours of activity time, then gather at your reserved pavilion for food, cake, and presents during the final hour.

Communication with your guests beforehand prevents day-of confusion. Send out invitations that clearly state the dress code: closed-toe shoes required, active clothing recommended, and no loose jewelry or accessories. Remind parents that every participant under 18 needs a signed waiver, and share the electronic waiver link so families can complete it before arrival. This eliminates a major bottleneck on party day and gets everyone onto the activities faster.
For food and refreshments, you are welcome to bring in your own. Many party hosts order pizza delivery timed to arrive when the activity portion wraps up, or they bring pre-packed coolers with sandwiches and snacks. Our pavilion spaces include seating and tables for comfortable eating. Just remember that anyone who has consumed alcohol may not participate in activities, so keep the adult beverages for the after-party at home.

Do not forget the extras that make it special. The birthday celebrant receives a free hat or t-shirt as part of every package, and decorations are included. Consider bringing a portable speaker for music during the pavilion time, a guest book for friends to sign, or disposable cameras for kids to document their own experience. And tip for photo-savvy parents: station yourself at key viewing areas during the activity time to capture those priceless action shots of the birthday crew in mid-adventure.
